Equipment

  • 2 Non stick saucepan
  • Bowl
  • Spoon

Materials

  • 2 cups shrimp raw fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tsp butter
  • lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 8 ounces spaghetti

Instructions

  • Take a medium-sized bowl. Add shrimp, minced garlic, white pepper, and salt. Mix them well. Now add lemon juice and rest them for 5 minutes.

  • Take a non-stick saucepan and keep your cooker at low to medium heat. Add butter and tomato in the saucepan. When tomato changes its color add shrimp. Fry them slowly. Then cover and cover them for 5 minutes.

  • Take another pan and add chicken stock.When the broth starts to boil add spaghetti and cover them for 6 to 7 minutes. Then uncover and drain it.

Note:
You can shred some Parmesan cheese for extra taste but we skipped it because we are very health conscious. We added lemon zest for extra flavor, but you can also skip it. If you love spice, you can add chili flakes.
