- 2 Non stick saucepan
- 2 cups shrimp raw fresh
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- salt as per taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp butter
- lemon juice
- lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- Take a medium-sized bowl. Add shrimp, minced garlic, white pepper, and salt. Mix them well. Now add lemon juice and rest them for 5 minutes.
- Take a non-stick saucepan and keep your cooker at low to medium heat. Add butter and tomato in the saucepan. When tomato changes its color add shrimp. Fry them slowly. Then cover and cover them for 5 minutes.
- Take another pan and add chicken stock.When the broth starts to boil add spaghetti and cover them for 6 to 7 minutes. Then uncover and drain it.
- Add shrimp mixture, parsley, and lemon zest and cover them for 3 minutes. Now it’s ready to serve.
