  • 3 small size tomatoes Chopped in cube shape
  • 1 carrot Chopped in cube shape
  • 1/4 cup broccoli roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup mushroom finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper Finely chopped
  • 500 gram chicken Cut in big chunk size
  • 1/4 cup noodles
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 onion Chopped in cube shape
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon green chili paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon mixed herb
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chili flakes


  • Take a nonstick saucepan. Add olive oil and heat it at low temperatures.Then, add onion on the pan and cook until I get brown. Add garlic, ginger, and green chili paste on the pan. Add carrot, broccoli, and mushroom on the pan. Add somesalts as per taste.  Cook them for around5 minutes.
