- 1 packet egg noodles
- 3 (6 ounces) canned tuna
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup red bell paper
- ½ cup yellow bell pepper
- ½ cup capsicum
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Salt as per taste
- 2 canned mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup potato chips crushed
- 2 cups fried onion
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Take 2 cups of chicken broth into a bowl. Pour egg noodles into the bowl and boil it for about 7 minutes. After that, drain the water and make the noodles separated.2 cups chicken broth, 1 packet egg noodles
- Take butter into a pan. Add onion, garlic and start frying them. When the garlic and onion becomes transparent, add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, capsicum and peas. Mix them well. Add salt as per taste and ground black pepper.
